Sometimes, you just need to get outside and clear your head.

I’m often guilty of trying to run before I can walk - I need to realise that both are just as valuable. Getting out of your own head can make a huge difference.

Steps are steps.

As a teacher, I’ve often found myself saying, “walk it off, you’ll be okay,” usually after a minor PE injury or playground incident/drama.

Maybe it’s a message I need to hear sometimes too.

Walk it off. Run it off.
